INFORMATIONAL AND LOGISTIC INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN E-COMMERCE AS A FACTOR OF REGIONAL RETAIL SALES STIMULATION
The article concerns the principles of creating unified effective informational and logistic infrastructure of e-commerce aimed at stimulating regional trade. There is obtained an ability to interpret "business network" model in commercial-logistic aspect. In order to evaluate sustainability of E-commerce instruments implementation in any sphere there is suggested construction of mathematic model for trade development forecasting.
