Market conjuncture of loan facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises within the framework of Russias accession to WTO
Problems of lending to small and medium-sized businesses in Russia before WTO accession and after it are under discussion. The analysis of positive and negative features connected with Russias accession to WTO with regard to fundraising for small and medium-sized business development is provided; the conclusions are made concerning the advancement of the matters in the investigated field
