STAFF MOTIVATING BASED ON LIFE CYCLE MODELS IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMY MODERNIZATION
The article deals with various life cycle models in the organization; motivating impact forms depending on the life cycle stage are defined. Interconnections between organization life cycle, competence life cycle and employee life cycle are pointed out. The author suggests a model for staff motivating taking into account all life cycles.
