ISSUES OF MASTERS PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION RUNNING
The characteristic of magistracy as a level of higher professional education is given. The peculiarities of content of basic educational programs of magistracy and management processes of their development and implementation are dealt with in the article. The comparison of divisional and network approach to magistracy running is considered.
