TERM AND CHARACTERISTICS OF DISTRESSED BANK ASSETS UNDER CONTEMPORARY CONDITIONS
The article considers the definitions of distressed assets existing nowadays in the domestic and foreign research literature, as well as the regulatory legal acts. The author specificities the distressed bank assets on the basis of the typical distinctions characteristic for distressed assets.
