ANALYSIS OF FIXED ASSETS USAGE AND EVENTS AIMED AT THEIR MODERNIZATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF LLC "SAMARA STROYFARFOR")
The fixed assets usage on the industrial enterprise is analyzed; its technical condition, age pattern and dynamics are dealt with. While implementing the analysis the basic factors preventing the fixed assets renewal on the enterprise are revealed. The ways of activation of modernization processes are suggested in the article.
