ASSESSMENT METHODS OF EFFICIENCY OF STATE CONTROL OVER THE USAGE OF BUDGETARY FUNDS ON THE REGIONAL LEVEL
The article deals with the assessment methods of efficiency of state control over the usage of budgetary funds and implementation of regional target programs. The definitions of economic and social efficiency of state financial control are given.
