RISK CONSIDERATION FOR MODELING ALLOCATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACILITIES IN THE REGION
The version of risk consideration while making decisions on allocation of facilities is suggested with the use of economic-mathematical tasks. The risks inherent to investment projects are analyzed. The risks characteristic of the projects in the field of organizing waste disposal and domestic waste recovery production are pointed out. The author offers her own risk classification. Complex risk assessment indicators are formulated on the basis of expert estimates.
