ECONOMY ECOLOGIZATION AND NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The main trends of economy modernization aimed at environment preservation involving development and implementation of environmentally-friendly protection technologies, fee paid natural resource exploitation etc. are under discussion. The credit-financial mechanisms of economic reforms and options for ecological projects long-term credit financing are studied. Some problems in financial and credit mechanisms for ecological programs and projects are analyzed.
