FORMATION OF VETERINARY DEPARTMENT OF ORENBURG PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT: REASONS AND CONSEQUENCES
The organization structure of veterinary in Orenburg province requiring drastic reforms is considered. The author analyzed the reasons and consequences of the veterinary department formation of Orenburg provincial government which achieved success in its activity notwithstanding some problems.
