TO THE ISSUE OF EXTERNAL EXPRESSION FORMS OF LEGAL DEFINITIONS
The article concerns some issues related to the external expression forms of legal definitions. The problem of external expression for the legal phenomena is one of the most complicated in jurisprudence and is often reduced to the problem of assessment of the judicial practice role in the system of legal sources. The author carries out the identity analysis of the external expression of one and the same phenomenon in the judicial practice and in laws and regulations.
