CREATING PROFILE OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PERFORMANCE POTENTIAL IN AIC ENTERPRISE
The performance indicators of the Ukrainian agricultural enterprises show low efficiency of performance management system. Based on the data received in the course of expert survey there were calculated the optimum rated values for performance potential management system in AIC enterprise using the author’s methods. There was constructed a profile covering the optimum management system for agricultural enterprise performance potential as a means of competitive ability upgrade.
