THEORETICAL ISSUES OF MODERN RUSSIAN STATE POLITICAL FORMS
The article covers theoretical aspects of modern Russian state political forms. Regulations in international and Russian national law are analyzed. The author provides proofs that such political form as presidential republic is an advantage for the Russian Federation.
