TOPICAL ISSUES OF STOCK MANAGEMENT IN RESOURCE SUPPLYING ENTERPRISES
The article deals with the role of product stock management covering its most important aspects. In order to construct effective control systems over trading and material stock movement in enterprises there is suggested a system of ABC- and XYZ-analysis and there is proved practicality of its including into the enterprise development policy.
