PERCENT POLICY OF CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ITS ROLE IN TOP TARGET REALIZATION OF CASH AND CREDIT REGULATION
The content and the role of central bank percent policy in the cash and credit economics regulation, the kinds of official percentage rate used by Central Bank of the Russian Federation are under discussion. The analysis is carried out concerning the operations of Russian Central Bank of providing liquidity to the banks and requisitioning it which influence money supply and credit activeness of a bank. There are made conclusions about further development of such essential instruments of cash and credit sphere regulation as percentage rate of Central Bank of the RF and refinancing of credit organizations.
