TERRITORIAL STRATEGIC PLANNING OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIA (USING THE EXAMPLE OF DEVELOPMENT OF NORTHERN REGIONS)
The article considers the scheme of territorial strategic planning at a federal level. The author draws attention to strategic documents of regional development of Russian Federation. The aspects of normative and organizational practice of strategic planning development of Northern regions as one of the problematic directions of territorial development of Russia are analyzed.
