ADVANCED TRAINING BASED ON COGNITIVE ENVIRONMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
The article describes the cognitive space of the organization as a medium for continuous staff development, the basis of which is the exchange of knowledge and information within the professional community. The author considers information technology of corporate training as a tool to implement the cognitive space.
