SIMULATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF THE PRODUCTION POTENTIAL
The article illustrates a phased development strategy algorithm of effective use of the enterprise production potential, which includes the following required steps: identifying explicit or obvious relationships and connections between subsystems, establishing the basic characteristics and patterns of these relations; correlation of an ordered set of elements of the system to research. The adaptive approach in combination with gaming decision-making technology is seen as the most promising and efficient tool of choice strategies for effective use of the production potential of the enterprise.
