DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS FOR ASSESSING THE READINESS AND ABILITIES OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO USE NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
The paper illustrates organizational and economic directions increasing the readiness of higher educational institutions to implement changes related to the introduction of new information technologies. The author suggests a methodology assessing readiness to use information and communication technologies in order to improve competitiveness in institutions.
