STAGES OF THE ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
The article represents methods to assess the level of the scientific and technological development of enterprises in the military-industrial complex and taking into account this assessment the authors suggest strategies for their further development. The authors illustrate a block-diagram, which reflects the sequence of methods. The assessment of the scientific and technological development takes place with the help of integrated indicators. As a method of controlling the level of the scientific and technological development is proposed to use a matrix of strategic decisions.
