RATING ASSESSMENT OF INNOVATION SYSTEMS IN REGIONS
The study presents the results of testing methodology for assessing the development of the regional innovation system using the example of subjects of the Volga Federal District. The complex is characterized by indicators of socio-economic and organizational conditions, the processes of knowledge generation and transformation of knowledge in technology and new means of production, the production of innovative products, as well as the level of technological industries, including industry. The logic of the calculation corresponds to the adopted domestic and international methodology and is based on the process approach to the development of innovation, the used indicators are published in the official books and records. The findings make it possible to determine the direction of further development of regional innovation systems.
