IMPORTING OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE MARKET OF RUSSIA

The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of formal and informal institutions in Russian automotive market. Special attention is paid to the retrospective and the modern practice of the Russian automotive market, its institutional infrastructure, and the changes that have influenced the development of the automotive market. The author analyzes the possibility of importing foreign formal and informal institutions (as a factor that is becoming increasingly significant in the economic analysis) in the Russian car market in positive and negative aspects, as well as the possibility of forming national complementary institutions in order to achieve the effectiveness of the reforms.
