ANALYSIS OF INNOVATIONAL POTENTIAL AND INNOVATIONAL CLIMATE IN AN ORGANIZATION
The authors have made an attempt to form economic method for estimation and accounting of innovational potential of an enterprise. Presentation of the material starts with the definition of the concept of innovational potential in the modern interpretation; after that there are revealed methodological approaches to enterprise innovational potential estimation and analysis; in conclusion there is provided tentative examples and there are discussed possibilities to use the elaborated method in innovational activities.
