HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION CORPORATE CULTURE INVESTIGATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORPORATE STANDARDS FORMATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF SAMARA STATE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS)
Corporative culture of higher educational institution is considered to be an important and useful resource while speaking about the competitiveness on the educational services market. Thus, a sociologic research of basic characteristics of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Samara State University of Economics" is conducted, during which the peculiarities of the higher educational institution perception from the point of various community groups such as academic staff, associates, students and graduates are revealed. As a result of the investigation the advantages and disadvantages of the University corporate culture are exposed, the trends of their correction are offered. The project of corporate code is developed in the article.
