THE MEANING OF EUROPEAN STANDARDS IN JURISDICTION FOR A NATIONAL LEGAL SYSTEM
The Russian Federation joining the European cooperation as a full member entails the necessity of taking into account the norms on international law in national legislation. The implementation of norms of the Convention in the legal system of the Russian Federation presupposes the introduction of European standards concerning the human rights into the national material and procedural law, the usage of the following standards as a guideline of correction of law enforcement activities on a domestic level, taking measures on the arrangement of the tools of their accounting, as well as the improvement of the doctrine on the issues of human rights defense.
