MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF DATA SUPPORT OF BANK SERVICING OPERATING SYSTEM
The article deals with the operating model of data-flow processes of documents collection and processing of bank payment documents within the usage of mathematical tools of theory of control over mass services system that will allow controlling key factors of the process such as documents’ flow rate, work station loading, timeout, attended time.
