ESSENCE OF CREATION AND INTRODUCTION OF THE BALANCED SCORECARD SYSTEM
In modern market conditions the enterprise requires the most careful development of strategy, as well as the plan of its implementation. The balanced indices system helps a management of the enterprises and the organizations properly and correctly to build system of strategic management of the company, as well as to reach objects in view, involving in process not only top-managers, but also the serving personnel. In article theoretical aspects of development of the BSC are considered in detail. Possible problems with which the company management can collide at creation and introduction of the balanced system of parameters are dealt with.
