IMPROVING GOVERNANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES ON ENTERPRISE
The article deals with the issues of human influence on the state of economics in the country. The methods of efficiency increase of labor resources usage on enterprises are detected. The enterprises’ personnel, their ethical potential, preparation to the concrete aim achievement are able to maintain and increase the economic growth rate.
