THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL PROPERTIES
The author investigates the personal nature of innovative activities, the modern paradigm of innovative business. On the basis of the results of the three presented researches the author represents his own position on personal, individualistic properties of innovative potential, applies the theses of J.Schumpeters concerning modern development of industrial forces and relations in institutional economy.
