GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AS A FACTOR OF BUSINESS EFFECTIVENESS
The paper illustrates the features of a modern approach to management of business structures in which spatial distribution units, engaged in certain business processes, are a source of competitive advantage. The authors represent importance of territorial distribution of business processes for Russian companies.
