THE RUSSIAN STATE: THE CHOICE OF STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES UNDER THE NEW SOCIO-POLITICAL REALITY
The paper illustrates the risks of Russian state adaptation to a new socio-political reality, social and political forms and technologies of this reality development by the state. The article represents the risks of social choice fork strategy development and technology of their prediction. Special attention is paid to the risks of social justice violation and food security. The paper analyzes activities of civil society institutions in the new socio-political reality.
