LOCAL GOVERNMENT REFORMS: FINANCIAL ASPECTS
The authors identify and disclose financial prospects to develop local government identified in documents of the federal level. The authors characterize the main directions of fiscal policy in respect of new types of municipalities. The paper summarizes changes that form the inter- budgetary relations between different types of municipalities, the income of different types of municipalities, coming into effect in January 1, 2015.
