LAND RELATIONS ON REGIONAL LEVEL: CONDITIONS OF LAND USAGE AND EFFECTS FROM LAND USAGE
The article deals with the essence of land usage from the point of efficiency and rationality. Multifunctional significance of lands for the region is revealed. Conditions influencing on the process of land usage are detected, the effects received by land users are defined. Types of conditions and effects are discussed, as well as their significance for taking management decisions by authorities and economic structures.
