The article presents the systematization of conceptual views of scientists on the concept of “strategy.” Refined interpretation of the concept of a “strategy of development of industrial enterprises”, the distinctive feature of which is the emphasis on a comprehensive risk management, continuity, and the assets and business processes in the course of its implementation. Attention is paid to the development of a competitive strategy for the company.
