SPECIAL FEATURES OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT ON VARIOUS STAGES OF ENTERPSISE DEVELOPMENT (ON THE BASIS OF L. GREINERS MODEL)
The life cycle of the enterprise is considered to be a set of successive changing stages, which the enterprise goes through during its functioning. Nowadays there are 2 basic models in management - L.Greiner’s model and I.Adizess model. The author also deals with the special features of innovative activities management on the basis of the model. The model has been developed at Harvard School of Business by Prof. Larry Greiner.
