System-process approach to the analysis of digital consumer behavior of households
Abstract The article investigates a system-process approach to the analysis of consumer behavior in the context of digital transformations as a multifunctional economic system. The purpose of this approach in the analysis methodology is to identify patterns that stabilize the functionality of the consumption system in the digital economy for the stability and well-coordinated interaction of coupled systems with a unidirectional development vector. Within the framework of this research, based on the study of the perspectives of the system analysis of structures of economic systems, an algorithm of the system-process approach for analyzing the behavior of digital consumers has been developed.
Keywords: digital consumption, digital economy, system-process approach, consumer behavior, threats of digital consumption, consumer behavior trends. Highlights: ♦ system economic theory involves the structuring of economic systems depending on the spatial and temporal localization of their elements; this approach can be used at any economic level, including in relation to households; ♦ taking into account the determining influence of information technologies on the structuring of morphological features of economic systems of different types, we consider it necessary for the system-process perception of consumer behavior in the digital economy to supplement it with another one — informational one, reflecting the nature of the redistribution of data and information circulating in the market; ♦ the system-process approach to the analysis of digital consumer behavior focuses on the interaction between various components in the decision-making process by consumers and how they function together as a single system, on the basis of which it is possible to develop an algorithm of a system-process approach for analyzing the behavior of digital consumers.

Regional aspects of the formation of the production process of liquefied natural gas
Abstract The geopolitical situation of the modern period determines the interest in liquefied natural gas (LNG) both in Russia and abroad. The article presents and substantiates regional factors that ensure optimal performance of the construction process of a liquefied natural gas production line, as well as its storage and transportation processes, which was the purpose of this research. To achieve this goal, the scientific work defines tasks aimed at analyzing, substantiating, selecting and building an optimal production process for using the production capabilities of the region at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex that form its infrastructure. The choice of technological factors is determined by the analysis of available technical parameters and operating conditions using a simulator based on LNG condition management, modeling of a production line with optimal energy consumption and maximum productivity. As a result of the study, the most important process variables and constraints that directly affect the productivity, production, storage and transportation of LNG are highlighted. The identified technological conditions for LNG production largely depend on the approach to process management and its parameters based on the analysis of sensitivity to pressure in the stabilizer column, stabilizer supply temperature, gas temperature, as well as highly qualified specialists as an important factor in the implementation of the corresponding process.
Keywords: factors of production, optimization, regional conditions, storage, liquefied natural gas, LNG, liquefied gas production, business processes, means of production, infrastructure of a region. Highlights: ♦ the basic provisions of the organization of the liquefied gas production process are regional factors and the possibility of their development; ♦ regional conditions and the infrastructure of the territory contribute to the selection of production factors that ensure the production process of liquefied natural gas; ♦ the choice of production factors is provided by the analysis of the constituent elements of the process and their economic assessment.

Analysis of the social impact on the youth`s consumer behavior in the "green" food products market
Abstract The article investigates social influence as a process of influencing the behavioral and consumer attitudes of young people in the market of "green" food products. The article presents the quantitative study results of young people aged 18 to 23 years, as hypotheses we consider the possibility of having a direct impact on the consumer behavior, as well as changes in consumer behavioral characteristics, which, in turn, will affect their perception of information within the consumer preferences framework. The quantitative study was conducted as part of an online questionnaire, where the respondents were offered questions related to their media preferences, the purchase of "green" food products, as well as involvement in modern fashion trends related to vegetarianism and veganism. Based on the study results, it was concluded that the media impact on consumer behavior does not always lead to direct changes in preferences, but it affects the information perception, even among the part of the audience that, according to the researchers, should be affected the most by such an influence. Suggestions about the direct impact on the consumer behavior of young people through the Internet media are not sufficiently confirmed, and further ways to study this issue are suggested.
Keywords: social impact, consumer behavior, influencer marketing, food, quantitative audience research. Highlights: ♦ possibilities of social influence on consumer behavior through influencer marketing and advertising integration within the framework of healthy eating trends and "green" food products are considered; ♦ a quantitative study was carried out, the results of which partially refute the established postulates about the social impact on young people through the Internet media; ♦ the necessity of furthe r study of the issue of social influence on the consumer behavior of young people is substantiated.

Functional models for the development of rural credit cooperation as a niche mechanism for ensuring financial inclusion
Abstract The relevance of the topic of this article is determined by the importance of maintaining and developing credit cooperation as a niche financial instrument that contributes to the increased availability of financial services for rural residents and small agribusiness. The purpose of the study is to highlight and reveal the content of the main functional strategies for the development of the operational activities of rural credit cooperatives based on a generalization of accumulated practices. The used research methods include abstraction, generalization, formalization, analogies and other theoretical and general logical methods. A five-element model for the development of rural credit cooperation has been developed, which differs from the known ones by the inclusion of three "horizontal" strategies (mobilization mechanism, transmission mechanism, internal multifunctionality), describing promising directions for the development of rural credit cooperation in the functional area, and two "vertical" strategies (hierarchy and inter-cooperative integration ones) systematizing organizational alternatives. For the "mobilization mechanism" strategy, aimed at mobilizing internal financial resources and organizing mutual lending, external and internal mechanisms for protectingthe funds (savings) of shareholders have been developed. For the "transmission mechanism" strategy, which involves the use of external borrowing to expand indirect access to bank loans, restrictive and security instruments have been proposed. Within the framework of the "internal multifunctionality" strategy, which involves the development of activities not related to the organization of mutual financial assistance, its inexpediency is justified with the proper development of other types of consumer cooperation.
Keywords: credit cooperation, agricultural credit consumer cooperatives, financial institutions, savings contributions, microloans, financial standards, personal savings guarantee system, financial inclusion. Highlights: ♦ rural credit cooperation is developing as a niche mechanism for ensuring financial inclusion in rural areas. From the point of view of the institutions being implemented, rural credit cooperation performs economic and social functions; in organizational terms, it is represented by a set of cooperative organizations of different levels; ♦ a five-element model is proposed, includingthree "horizontal" strategies that describe promising directions for the development of rural credit cooperation in the functional area, and two "vertical" strategies that systematize organizational alternatives; ♦ mechanisms for protectingthe funds (savings) of shareholders within the framework of the "mobilization mechanism" strategy include financial standards, guarantees, insurance, reservations, strengthening of internal control; ♦ within the framework of the transmission mechanism strategy, restrictive and security instruments are required to ensure the preservation of the financial stability of credit cooperatives.
