ON ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC FACTOR OF SAMARA REGION SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
There was made a review of main aspects within sustainable development conception. The economic factor of Kyoto protocol implementation in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The investment attractiveness of waste utilization as secondary resources is illustrated by the example of plant for carbon dioxide extraction from flue gases of Samara HPP.

EXPORT POTENTIAL OF OIL COMPLEX: FACTORS AND TRENDS
The article throws light upon methodical aspects of statistic evaluation of factors influencing on changes in country export potential and oil complex. The influence of export prices, oil export and petroleum products on export revenues is analyzed based on indicator and index systems. There was made a forecast of export oil prices based on the defined significant trends for prompt response on global prices conjuncture changes and maintenance of strategic state interests and oil companies.
