The concept “communal services consumer” is specified. The conceptual model of financial flows between the major subjects of the economic relations in the housing and communal complex was built and expressions which were taken out allowing us to estimate results of the tariff changes on the housing and communal services for their budgets. The regression models were made which described the influence of tariff changes on the communal resources for the enterprises of the housing and communal complex on the price level of the housing and communal services for the population. Econometric model of influence’s analysis of tariff policy in the housing and communal complex on the price level of the goods (products and services) was built. | |
