ANTITRUST REGULATION OF PRICE DISCRIMINATION: REGULATORY DEFINITION AND FEATURES OF DETECTION
Antitrust regulation of price discrimination is a very important way of improving the competitive relationship. The paper analyzed approaches to regulatory definition of price discrimination in the EU and Russia, and as a result, defined their capabilities and limitations, as well as the main directions to improve the regulation of price discrimination.

INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION AND MODERN ECONOMIC SECURITY THREATS OF OCCIDENT AND RUSSIA
The paper illustrated existing and potential internal and external economic security threats of Russia, the European Union and the United States related to migratory flows. To avoid distortion of the actual value of international migration, the author analyzed the common objective point of view of immigrants’ relationship with the deformation of the economy, crime, terrorism. The analysis was supported by factual information about the most important characteristics and dynamics of migration processes. Using the comparative analysis the author highlighted the areas to form more efficient mechanism of economic security in the field of migration.

POTENTIAL SPHERES OF COOPERATION BETWEEN RUSSIA AND SOUTH AFRICA IN HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY
There is a view of the most important development industries of South Africa. The projects over these fields can be realized in the form of bilateral cooperation with Russia. There are clue advantages and disadvantages in realization of high-tech projects, which can be helpful in developing of the further cooperation ways. The author based on the current situation in high-tech industries in South Africa. This can allow getting a logical and the most appropriate way of cooperation with Russia. There are the main problems in SA high-tech industry development, where Russia may solve these issues via its funds and knowledge. The research results can be useful over the further survey of the main development ways of Russia’s international cooperation in high-tech industries.

The paper analyzed the aspects of development management of the mezologistics system to achieve its equilibrium state. The freight logistics cluster with virtual connections was considered as the mezologistics system. The authors suggested the classification of conflicts that arise in the process of inter-system interactions, and the methods of conflict management and transformation in the mezologistics system.

MONITORING METHOD OF CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION BY THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
The authors developed and tested the method of marketing research to assess the quality of educational services tailored to the specifics of higher medical education. Methodology and methods include the identification range of external and internal customers and four multi-factor questionnaires on the quality of the working environment, professors and teaching staff’ competence, the corporate culture of the university, students and graduates’ quality of knowledge and skills. The scientific novelty of the method is in the possibility of comparing teachers and students views’ on a number of profiles, comparison of students and graduates’ quality by external customers on desired and actual availability, the use of Internet technologies for questioning. The practical importance is to provide objective information on customer satisfaction to improve the quality of educational services.

DISCRETE DYNAMICAL MODEL OF OIL PRODUCTION
This article continues the authors’ work on modeling refinery network using directed graphs. The paper represents the dynamic version of the model, which takes into account the possibility of carryover stocks and the tank farm. The mode setting is defined as a convex combination of its basic technological modes. The mixed pool is considered as a unit with multiple incoming flows and one outgoing. The authors are exploring the possible incompatibility of restrictions.

The paper considered over-trading which is a relevant problem for many businesses, but it is not well analyzed in the domestic scientific literature. The author suggested an approach to develop a system of indicators to diagnose over-trading, as well as ways to minimize its non-negatively impact on the financial state of the business.
