|HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE MODEL OF FACTORIAL ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE ECONOMY|
|The article illustrates the factor analysis of structural changes in the economies of Russia and Norway in the framework of the model "primary-secondary-tertiary sectors" in view of their specialization in exports of raw materials. Development of systems of regression equations for the sectors of these countries’ economies allowed quantifying the dynamics of added value for the period 2000 - 2014 years by sectors and economic activity and making their comparison. It is proposed to carry out special policies to overcome the dependence on commodity exports by stimulating the reproduction of human capital through priority funding of science and education.

|DERIVATIVE LAWS TO MOTIVATE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY|
|On the basis of incentives for businesses and regulators of individuals’ behavior established by the theory of intrinsic motivation, the author suggests a methodological approach to determinate the economic essence of motivation. Using various historical examples, the author justifies derivative laws to motivate the economic activity, and with the help of economic and mathematical analyzing models in order to optimize the production transaction costs the author establishes the necessary conditions for the motivation evolution of economic activity.

|CUSTOMS UNION: INTERACTION AND IMMIGRATION POLICY|
|The article represents the recent history of migration exchange in the countries of the Customs Union, the current social and demographic characteristics of each country, each country’s position on national labor markets and social and economic characteristics at the macro level. It is shown that there are differences not only in the number but also in the demographic structure of the population, the level of economic development and quality of life, and there are different processes of natural and migratory movement. The author suggests a contemporary approach to create a harmonized single social and economic and migration space.

|THE ROLE OF MARKETING IN TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER FROM UNIVERSITIES TO INDUSTRY|
|The transition to innovative development of the Russian economy is not possible without the involvement of high-end technologies for their introduction into the production process and timely non-use of mature products and production technology. To do this, you must develop technology transfer centers, created with leading technical universities - educational innovation centers, whose purpose is the transfer of innovative technologies from commercially significant research environment into the industry.
Development of such centers is impossible without the use of marketing. The article describes its functions - determination of prices, market position, creating favorable conditions for commercialization of intellectual property and services in the field of intellectual property, search for new partners and investors, promoting the establishment of new business contacts between the developers of innovations and their customers. The article illustrates the necessity of creating special centers as a part of marketing departments and indicates the direction of their activities.
