THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC SANCTIONS ON INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIA: THREATS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Based on the analysis of the statistics of the main macroeconomic indicators and characteristics of innovation activity, the authors assess the impact of economic sanctions imposed by a number of countries in 2014 on innovation development of the Russian Federation, and they identify the corresponding threats and opportunities for the Russian Federation. Specific measures are proposed to stimulate the generation of knowledge and creation of new technologies, to intensify the support of enterprises’ activity in modernization of production.

PERSPECTIVE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS OF SMALL AGRIBUSINESS IN THE REPUBLIC OF ADYGEYA
The article represents the role of economic entities of small agribusiness, farms of the population and peasant (farmer) economies to solve the im-portant task - food provision for the population of the country. The author indicated the most perspective development direction of subjects of small agribusiness - interaction with state authorities at the regional and municipal levels. The need for additional measures of state regulation and state support for small agribusinesses is justified. Possible forms of interaction between the state and business entities of small agro-business of the Republic of Adygea are described, the use of which can improve its effectiveness.

IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF GLOBAL TRENDS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM
The article is devoted to the study of global regularities in the world system of higher education. The author analyses the interrelation of informational and Internet educational environment, branding and marketing as a qualitative basis of sustainable development of universities. Government strategies that stimulate the development of international experience for students are studied and analyzed, which in turn leads to mass discoveries of international industry campuses and to the growth of attractiveness of educational hubs. World trends in the development of human capital in the sphere of higher education are revealed. Attention is paid to the development of international institutional and industrial partnership.

TO THE QUESTION OF MARKETING COMPLEX "TARGETING" (USING THE EXAMPLE OF ORGANIC FOOD - 40 % NORMALIZED HEAVY CREAM)
The article considers theoretical and methodological aspects of targeting. As a result of research in the field of targeting, the author`s interpretation is proposed, which relates targeting to target marketing. The author develops the research methodology based on the phased use of a number of known methods, the sign targeting model, and he also compares the actual and expected levels of marketing-mix and strategic value criteria using the example of 40 % normalized heavy cream produced in the Sverdlovsk region. It is justified that the improvement of of the economic entity’s marketing activity should be based on the detailed analysis of each element of targeting, taking into account the characteristics of the external and internal environment of the economic entity of the market with the subsequent development of the algorithm or program of the company`s mar-keting activity.
