GDP AS A MEASURE OF NATIONAL WELL-BEING AND THE NATIONAL ECONOMY
The paper considers the applicability of the economic indicator "national income", created by the National Office of the United States, and economic parameters of "gross domestic product", "gross national product", developed on its basis by the UN commission, as the characteristics of the national welfare and the national economy. It is shown that these parameters can not characterize the welfare of the nation, and their applicability to assess the economies has a number of limitations. The paper analyses the problem of accounting export component using GDP as a main macroeconomic indicator of the Russian Federation.

HARMONIZATION OF DOMRSTIC INTERESTS IN THE PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS BASED ON INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
The paper illustrates a hierarchical system - "center - active elements" of the cluster production sphere. The article represents a formalized model of the active production cluster member.It is proved that the optimum condition selected as an active element may be different from the planned states defined for the whole cluster, which leads to inconsistencies in the system. The authors introduce a quantitative assessment of inconsistency between each team and the center and formulate the task of coordinating their interests on this basis. The paper represents conditions of consistency targets whereby the functions of additional effect and the amount of change parameters are to be selected to compensate the team losses at the time of targets implementation.

GRAPH METHODS OF MULTICRITERIA OPTIMIZATION FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS IN THE HIERARCHICAL CORPORATION SYSTEMS
The paper illustrates the analysis of the current state of multi-criteria optimization techniques applied to the solution of problems for formation hierarchical organizational and economic systems management of the vertically integrated type. The author develops a method to select a single management vector from Pareto-optimal set by forming aggregated criterion (metacriteria) based on the graph analysis of this set. The models reflect the priorities of criteria based on a comparative cost effectiveness analysis of the system agents.

The paper analyses the risk assessment in the accounting system of economic entities operating under conditions of uncertainty. In the framework of the accounting internal control is divided into several elements, among which a special place is taken by risk assessment and internal control procedures. Currently, new, advanced, satisfying the requirements of International Business Process structures come instead of function-oriented management structures. Process-oriented management structures have specific requirements for the accounting and internal control. Cost accounting functions (the ABC method) and process-oriented control can satisfy them. To implement the ABC method in the practice of the commercial organization it is necessary to fulfill a number of procedures. One of the advantages of process-oriented internal control is feedback from other common management functions.

LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM STAFF MOTIVATION IN CUSTOMER-CENTRIC ORGANIZATIONS
The paper illustrates the necessity to develop a four-level motivation system. The article represents variants in order to develop a system of incentives for managers and sales managers working with projects based on key performance indicators and represents the basic issues encountered in the development of motivation. When calculating managers’ quarterly bonuses working with projects the authors suggest considering two indexes of bonuses: the index of the plan implementation by the number of projects under development, and the index of the plan implementation on the total project costs. The paper represents the requirements to be met by key performance indicators.
