NEW RULES OF RUSSIAN CORPORATIONS: IMPERATIVE FOR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS
In this article the authors examine the new rules, settings, due to radical changes in the Russian economy and especially in its institutional environment. Institutional changes in the activity of Russian corporations are associated with external challenges such as economic sanctions, which in many respects both change the configuration of macroeconomic policies and the imperatives of modern corporate development. The authors reveal the dualism of economic sanctions on the development of Russian companies, which manifests itself not only in the negative, but also in positive forms.

STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE MODERN WORLD FINANCIAL ARCHITECTURE
This article analyzes the structure of the modern trends in the global financial architecture. The author represents the concept of “global financial architecture”, discloses the sources of its emergence and the various interpretations of this term in the international and domestic literature. The paper illustrates the main institutional elements that define the structure of the global financial architecture, and a gradual analysis of recent changes in their structure, geography and level of influence. It is concluded that there is a multipolar financial world with an increasing role of developing Asian economies in it. The author defines the factors that contribute to this process and its braking. In particular, special attention is paid to excessive financial flexibility that has been analyzed in the Russian scientific literature for the first time.

REDUCING DEPENDENCIES ON EXPORT OF RAW MATERIALS AND HUMAN CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY
The article represents the results of the quantitative analysis of gross added value of the economies of Norway and Russia as gas and oil producing countries. The medium-term forecast shows the multidirectional structural development of the analyzed economies in terms of the share of oil and gas: the rate decreases in the economy of Norway and it increases in Russia. The authors prove that the reason for this is the different use of human capital in the economy as an alternative to exploitation of natural capital.

STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN RUSSIAN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
The authors analyze the level of import dependence of the Russian economy, the trends and conditions of import substitution in the Russian industrial enterprises. The article represents statistical and estimated data, that characterize the share of imports and the level of import dependence of the Russian economy on the individual product groups and sub-groups OKVED in order to study import substitution trends and the conclusions of the authors. The authors represent the types of import substitution policies, describe their content, justify conditions for the implementation of each import substitution strategy: inside-oriented, outside-oriented, production strategy of partial components of non-rival imports.

The article represents the author`s approach to the pricing of the differentiated product that is based on empathic assessment of customer perception of consumer appeal of the products. The multidimensional analytical model allows evaluating and shaping the space of consumer expectations, as well as the features of the base and the investigational product, assessing the importance of all features of the product to the consumer, determining the integrated indicators which characterize the level of implementation of consumer expectations in the base and the investigational product, and the reasonable pricing of the investigational product.

The author analyzes the contribution of private (peasant) farms and farms of the population, representing a small Russian agribusiness, in agricultural production, and reveals their role in solving the problem of import substitution in the country`s agriculture. The article represents the features inherent in small business entities of agribusiness, and the causes of hindering their development, it also identifies possible perspectives. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAIR VALUE CONCEPT IN ACCOUNTING PRACTICES OF SMALL BUSINESS
The article represents the implementation problems of the fair value concept in accounting practices of small business. The paper illustrates the contradiction between the need of small economic subjects to get the objective accounting and analytical information and the complexity of the implementation of accounting innovations. The author clarifies the factors that complicate the use of the fair value measurement of small enterprises, and suggests some measures to overcome these difficulties. MANDATORY BORROWINGS OF BANKS BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF RUSSIA, THE CURRENT STATUS AND WAYS OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT
The article illustrates the content and purpose of mandatory borrowings of banks in the Central Banks as an important tool of monetary regulation of the economy. The article reflects the most significant development stages of mandatory borrowings of banks by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the current status of bank reserves in the Russian practice, their role in the regulation of liquidity. The author identifies the ways of minimum reserve requirements in the Russian Federation, taking into account the international practice of bank supervision and regulation.
