ASSESSMENT OF THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE ULYANOVSK REGION
Based on the dynamics of the gross regional product the authors estimate and asses the social and economic potential of the Ulyanovsk region. The article represents quantitative and qualitative characteristics of human resources, and illustrates possible ways to keep and improve the economic potential of the region.
