ORGANIZATION OF COMPLICATED SOCIAL-ECONOMICAL SYSTEMS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Modern global financial crisis has demonstrated the necessity to define the criteria and conditions to form complicated social-economical systems. The process of social-economical development of society is difficult and needs the appropriate system of interaction and cooperation of heterogeneous systems, the activity of which is targeted at satisfying the growing needs of population.
