The prospective guideline of improving the milk and food subcomplex is the broadening of specialization and concentration of the production. The strategic factor of economic stability of the branchs functioning is innovative technology, at the same time efficient production allows it realize the introduction of progressive technology, providing the innovative constituent of the production.
