LABOUR ORGANIZATION IN MODERN FINANCIAL INDUSTRIAL GROUPS
The article is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of labour organization development within the framework of financial-industrial groups. More fundamental approach to labour and whole system of labour relations is necessary in the conditions of economic sphere transformation. The organization of labour historically and logically changes in close correlation with production power of society and economic institutes. These changes are particularly visible when forming constant market society developing in Russia.
The market relations destroy the old organization forms of labour and form new both in the frames of small business undertaking and in financial-industrial groups. There processes lead to multiple difficulties that find the manifestation in labour disorganization and unemployment growth.
