Formation of economic security strategy for meat processing enterprises based on anti-crisis management
Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of forming a strategy of economic security of meat processing enterprises in conditions of uncertainty. The author studied scientific works on the topic, identified shortcomings of the prevailing approach in research to the formation of the strategy of economic security, substantiated the feasibility of using elements of anti-crisis management in the process of forming the strategy of economic security of meat processing enterprises in conditions of uncertainty, identified elements of anti-crisis management that need to be integrated into the strategy of economic security of meat processing enterprises, analyzed methodological approaches to determining the size of the anti-crisis reserve of meat processing enterprises.
