SUBJECT OF HUMANITARIAN INFORMATICS IN THE LIGHT OF PHILOSOPHY
On the basis of critical consideration of a number of suggestions on the subject of humanitarian informatics
an authentic understanding of its essence is outlined in the article. Specifics of human information are
developed and a brief summary of methodology of humanitarian informatics is given.
