THE ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF IMPLEMENTING PROPERTY TRELATIONS FOR NATURAL RESOURCES
The lack of development of the institutional system of the use of natural resources of modern Russian
economy based on property relations contributes to the extravagant character of their use, non-rational
redistribution of rent profits between various owners, the absence of objective economic evaluation of
natural resources. The article considers the theoretical aspects of implementing the economic mechanism
of property relations for natural resources, not only the character of already existing system of nature use
but also the interests of Russia population in general depends on it.
